Periodic resistance heating furnace: workpieces loaded on stainless-steel rack on trolley pushed into chamber; tubular heating elements on both walls (0Cr25Al5 alloy wire in 0Cr18Ni9Ti finned heat-resistant steel tubes); top-mounted circulation fan blows air through guide channels onto heaters and back to chamber for uniform temperature; PID + SSR control with door interlock that cuts heater power when door opens.
