8-lane vertical form-fill-seal: 448 mm composite film fed and slit into 8 × 56 mm webs, each formed over a forming tube; servo-driven screw augers volumetrically dose powder into each tube; OMRON-controlled vertical and horizontal heat-seals; horizontal pull-bag with servo motor, then cut.
