Material is fed via roll-cutting servo-driven feeding station; ratchet mechanism (servo + PLC) controls material flow; AL/PL laminated foil web is heat-sealed by hot-press rollers (cam diameter changeable 90–130 mm); IR temperature sensor avoids bad sealing at high speed; vertical and horizontal perforation creates tear-line; batch number printed; rolls are cut to product size; defective products detected and rejected by manipulator; waste collected via roll-cutting type recycle. All five core stations driven by independent servos for synchronism.
