Fonctionnement

PVC/aluminum sheet enters the heat-forming station where positive pressure and mechanical punch form blister pockets. Products are dosed into pockets via various feeders (handling tablets,syringe shapes,etc.). Aluminum foil top web is heat-sealed and embossed with photoelectric eye-mark registration to ensure printed-pattern alignment. Lot number is embossed . Finished blister cards are die-cut. Delta servo motor with precision lead screw drives traction synchronously; stroke length is programmable on the HMI. Forming,sealing,embossing,and punching stations all share a single splined center shaft for accurate multi-station registration; each station can be adjusted independently for easy alignment.
