Fonctionnement

The sealing belt (heat-resistant PTFE band) is driven by a 50 W motor via chain and sprocket. Two heated blocks (220 V / 220 W each) warm the belt to the set temperature (0-300 °C). The packaging bag is inserted at the feed inlet; the driven wheels grip and advance it while the upper/lower heated blocks apply heat to the film, then cooling blocks cool the seal. An embossing wheel imprints a pattern on the seal. An independent cooling fan cools the sealing zone. The gap between heating/cooling blocks is adjustable to match film thickness (typically one film layer, ≤0.08 mm per layer).

Nettoyage et entretien

Keep the machine body clean and dry. When dirt or film residue adheres to sealing belt or heating blocks, stop the machine immediately and remove — do not touch by hand to avoid burns. Before shutdown, turn off the heating switch first and run the sealing belt until heating blocks cool to ambient temperature before powering off.
