Fonctionnement
An incoming label web and laminating film are drawn through a hot roller assembly heated by 320# thermal oil to 80-130 °C; manual hydraulic-boosted silicone rubber rollers press the two together to form a composite, while a photoelectric tracking system continuously corrects edge alignment and a magnetic powder clutch maintains web tension. A dust roller cleans the web before lamination, a knife group splits/trims the membrane, and an anti-curling device keeps labels flat on rewind.
