Fonctionnement
Motor drives synchronous teeth belt linked with worm; rotation of rotary table drives 41 pairs of punches clockwise. Each punch passes through flow-grid feeder; upper/lower rails and upper/lower compression rollers form continuous fill, pre-compression, main compression, and ejection cycle. Vacuum dust extraction maintains negative pressure in compression chamber, providing top-down air circulation to reduce airborne dust. Overload safety: when force exceeds setpoint, balanced spring displaces upper roller upward, buzzer + light alert, and machine auto-stops to protect the punch.
