Fonctionnement

Double-press rotary tablet press with 33 punch stations and frequency-converter (VFD) speed regulation. Touch-screen operation (speed, output, fault display). Sealed oil-box transmission below main machine for cooling and wear resistance. Motor drives worm-and-worm-gear transmission via synchronous timing belt, rigidly coupled to spindle and turret. Turret rotates clockwise carrying 33 punch-and-die sets through a sifting feeder, upper/lower guide rails, and upper/lower press wheels for continuous tablet pressing. Upper press-wheel safety-unloading device auto-stops on overload with buzzer/light alarm. Integrated dust-collection keeps pressing chamber in negative pressure. Double-color tablet mode: replace components and add dust-collection — output halved. ZP standard punches and dies.

Extended idle: remove all punches/dies, clean entire machine, coat shiny surfaces with anti-rust oil, cover with cloth.
