Double-press rotary tablet press optimized for effervescent tablets. 29 punches on a 420 mm working-diameter turret. Stepless variable speed (5–24 rpm). Optional touch-screen + PLC control. Sealed oil-bath transmission below body. Built-in dust collector. Closed stainless-steel cover with plexiglass observation window. Larger filling depth (30 mm) and tablet thickness (18 mm) than standard 29Y series support effervescent recipes. Mid-mold dia 36 mm × 35 mm height; punch rod dia 26 mm; upper 127 mm,lower 156 mm length.
