Fonctionnement

The machine uses an upper-pressure automatic rotating turret with 27 sets of punches and dies. As the turret rotates continuously, the upper and lower punches are guided by rails to compress the powder material in the dies under high pressure (up to 120 kN), forming tablets. The variable frequency drive allows stepless speed adjustment for optimal production control.
