Fonctionnement
Granular material flows from the stainless-steel hopper through the force feeder into 15 die stations on the rotating turret (Φ420 mm). As the turret rotates, upper and lower compression rollers apply two stages of compression — pre-compression and main compression — forming the tablet. The lower punch ejects the finished tablet, which slides down the discharge chute. Built-in dust collection absorbs airborne powder from the compression chamber. The transmission system is sealed in an oil bath in the lower compartment, ensuring separation from the product zone and minimising noise and wear.
