Fonctionnement

Scoops are loaded in bulk into the storage hopper feeding a vibration bowl. The bowl orients each scoop using vibratory tracks; oriented scoops travel down a chute and are gated by an air-cylinder-actuated finger that releases one scoop into each passing bottle in sync with the bottle conveyor. PLC sequencing locks the drop pulse to bottle position; out-of-scoop or out-of-bottle conditions auto-pause the unit.
