Fonctionnement

Operator places PTP blister cards on the pull-out infeed platform between adjustable partition guides matched to the card cavity layout. The card advances under the press head, where mechanical fingers push tablets through the lidding foil from the back side; the freed tablets drop into a sliding drawer collection box. Card thickness is adjustable up to 10 mm to accommodate different blister geometries, including double-aluminum (cold-form) packs.
