Fonctionnement

Iron boxes manually placed on the box conveyor are indexed to the loading station. Product from a single-row VFFS packaging machine arrives on a parallel conveyor and is counted by photoelectric sensors before being pneumatically transferred into the open box. Servo / stepper drives index the boxes; the lid conveyor presents lids placed manually. A pneumatic press-down station seats the lid onto the filled box and the closed pack discharges to output. PLC sequences the cycle; HMI shows speed, count and faults.
