Fonctionnement

Operator loads flat carton blanks into the magazine. A vacuum gripper extracts each blank and erects it on an indexing transport. Bottom flaps are folded and glue-sealed. The open carton passes under a customer-supplied multi-head weigher discharge chute that drops a metered fill. Top flaps are folded and a domestic hot-melt glue gun lays a bead before the closing station presses the lid. The Omron CP2E-N30SDT-D PLC and 3G3JZ VFD-driven Zhejiang Dongbang 1.5 kW gear motor coordinate timing through an Omron E6B2 encoder; an Omron NB7W-TW00B HMI lets the operator set speed and recipes. Index cam splitter: Zhejiang Zhongli OS83-4L-180.
