Fonctionnement
Tubes are loaded in bulk into the 300+ unit hopper. A vibratory/agitator system feeds them one at a time into the orientation track, where Panasonic photoelectric sensors detect the closed (head) and open (tail) ends. A servo-driven flip mechanism rotates any tube whose orientation is wrong, then a pneumatic upright station stands the tube vertically and discharges it onto the outfeed track at ≥40 tubes/min. Tube diameters Φ19–50 mm and lengths 50–200 mm are handled; height is adjustable over a 100 mm range. PLC + HMI (Inovance) coordinate sensors, servo, VFD and pneumatics.
Processus de fonctionnement
