Fonctionnement

Material is lifted from floor level into the 10-head combination weigher by the SED-Z-M food-grade polypropylene Z-type bucket elevator. Each of the 10 weigh hoppers measures a partial fill; the weigher's processor selects the optimal subset of buckets whose combined weight matches the target (50-800 g) within ±0.1-2 g and discharges them simultaneously through a funnel into the can/bottle below. The auto-feeder indexes containers; a no-bottle-no-fill interlock skips empty stations. Filled cans then travel to the SED-50YGJ-M cap-press, which auto-feeds, places and presses plastic dust caps under PLC control.
