Fonctionnement
Material is loaded into a top-mounted hopper with optional agitator. A piston-cylinder filling valve draws a metered volume from the hopper on its retract stroke and dispenses it into the bottle on the forward stroke. A PLC + Kunlun Tongtai HMI sets fill volume and speed; in the servo version a Ruichi servo motor drives the piston; in the all-pneumatic version compressed air at 0.4–0.6 MPa actuates the piston. Anti-stringing / anti-drip nozzles prevent product trailing; one-button reverse / water flush enables fast cleaning.
