Fonctionnement
Empty bottles loaded by hand onto the SED-120ZP-7 φ1000 mm VFD turntable rotate under controlled tangential force into the conveyor in single file. A photoelectric sensor on the main turntable detects whether each station holds a bottle; the PLC commands the filling nozzle to descend only when a bottle is present (no-bottle-no-fill). Caps are oriented by a vibratory bowl or external elevator; once a bottle is detected, a vacuum gripper picks the cap and pre-screws it. Final tightening is performed by a servo motor with controlled torque and speed for consistent tightness. Capped bottles exit on the conveyor for downstream operations.
