The SED-40GF-T is a vibrating fluidized bed dryer/cooler designed for cooling and drying granular materials. Vibrating motors generate excitation force causing material to travel forward on a cold-air distribution plate.

Fonctionnement

The ZLG-series unit comprises: upper cover,bed body,bed surface (perforated plate),vibrating motors,frame,and rubber springs. The space between the upper cover and the fluidised bed surface forms the fluidisation chamber. Hot (or cold) air is introduced through the inlet,pressurised in the plenum,and distributed evenly through the perforated plate. An exhaust port draws the spent air out; a temperature port monitors fluidisation-chamber temperature; an inspection window allows visual observation of material flow.
