Fonctionnement
Vials enter via mesh belt into the ultrasonic circulating-water cavitation chamber. Internal wash sequence: cycle water → cycle water → compressed air → WFI → compressed air → compressed air. External wash: cycle water → compressed air. Schneider PLC controls the full sequence. Three-colour alarm lamp + mushroom-head e-stop combined with multi-alarm shutdown (insufficient water/air pressure or temperature). Each nozzle completes its own wash step independently — no cross-contamination.
