Fonctionnement
An X-ray source (VJX IXS100, 150W, 100kV — VJX/Weijie, USA) irradiates the product. A single-row detector (DT X-Scan C5, 0.4 mm pitch — DT, Finland) receives the transmitted signal and generates a greyscale image. A Dell i7 industrial computer running Windows 7 executes image-processing algorithms to determine whether foreign objects are present. Non-conforming items are rejected via a standard push-rod ejector (swing-arm/swing-rod optional). An industrial air conditioner (320W) maintains a stable internal temperature, ensuring consistent detection performance regardless of ambient conditions. Automatic shielding of interference zones (e.g., metal clips on ham sausages) is supported to suppress false positives.
