Fonctionnement

Products enter the buffer belt (400×210 mm) and pass to the weighing belt (400×210 mm) where a high-precision digital sensor measures each item's weight at high sampling speed. A variable-frequency drive (Siemens V20, single-phase 220V 0.37 kW) controls conveyor speed. Non-conforming products are rejected via air-blow ejection into a collection tray. The system supports dynamic mode (normal conveying), static mode (belt stops for low-volume products <20/min to improve accuracy), and energy-saving mode.
