Fonctionnement

The double-cone shaped mixing barrel rotates at 12 rpm, tumbling dry materials or granules by gravity. Material flows continuously inside the cone, achieving uniform mixing through repeated folding and falling. An optional forced agitator (internal shaft) can be added to break clumps for fine powders, slightly moist materials, or trace-additive blends. Maximum loading factor: 50% (160–200 L of total 400 L).
