Fonctionnement

1) Powder material is fed into the granulator container; 2) Dry mixing by rotor stirring oar (22 kW, 1-200 rpm) creates uniform powder blend; 3) Binder/wetting agent added to form wet material; 4) Cutter (7.5 kW, 250-3000 rpm) breaks the wet mass into wet granules. Closed-state horizontal cylinder operation under air-sealed shaft ends. After operation, water cleaning automatically completes. The mixing pulp blade can be lifted to facilitate thorough cleaning of the chamber. 0.5-1.5 mm gap between mixing blade and pot bottom prevents material accumulation.
