Fonctionnement
Soft PVC film is pre-heated, then vacuum-formed into blister cavities using interchangeable upper (drawer-type) and lower (pin-located) molds driven by cylinders. Servo motor drives the film transport chain. The heat-sealing station seals the lidding material (paper or plastic film) to the formed blister. Cross-cutting and longitudinal slitting produce finished packs.
