Fonctionnement

Granular material is fed into the chamber where rotating blades (200–900 rpm, 4 kW motor) shear material against an arc-shaped stainless steel sieve. The adjustable blade-to-sieve gap controls particle size output. Low-speed operation minimises frictional heat — protecting thermal-sensitive APIs. Processed material exits through the sieve and into the duct.
