Fonctionnement
A Z-type feeding elevator lifts granules to a four-hopper combination weigher, which doses product by weight and discharges into the vertical VFFS bagmaker. The bagmaker forms film into bags (film width 820 mm), fills by gravity, and heat-seals. Packing speed is 20–40 packs/min. The finished-product conveyor delivers sealed bags downstream. The line is controlled by a Huichuan PLC and HMI.
