Fonctionnement

Uses high-precision sensors with military aviation-grade zero-point tracking and dynamic compensation software algorithms — ensures accurate, stable, fast weighing even in the presence of ground vibration or air-flow interference. Per the pre-set time interval and sample quantity, the machine weighs samples one by one, automatically records grain-weight data, and draws a real-time grain-weight control chart plus a whole-batch normal distribution chart. When grain weight exceeds the qualified range, the unqualified product is automatically rejected and the operator is alerted until the alarm is manually reset.
