Fonctionnement

Tablet cores perform complex constant-track movement with smooth rotation and frequent position exchange inside a clean, sealed SS316L rotating drum. Steam-heat-exchanged clean air passes through pre-filter + mid-efficiency + H13/EU13 HEPA filtration and is delivered by an inlet blower into the drum. An Anest Iwata spray gun automatically atomises coating solution (conveyed by Watson-Marlow GF10-1 peristaltic pump from a 150 L SS316L stirred tank) onto tablet surfaces. Under negative pressure created by a 22 kW explosion-proof exhaust fan, hot air passes through the MC36 bag-house dust collector (36 SUS304 filter bags, pulse-jet cleaning) and exits, rapidly drying the coating into a smooth, firm film. Auto discharge is standard.
