SED-400FS+CFS-H — Complete Pulverizer

The machine uses a tooth-disc high-speed rotating knife against a fixed knife for impact and shear grinding. The active fluted disc rotates at ~2400 r/min relative to the fixed disc; materials are crushed by impact, grind, and inter-particle collision. Heat generated during crushing and finished product are expelled together through the screen by strong airflow; screen mesh size determines output fineness. Crushed materials enter the collection bag by centrifugal force; dust is filtered and recycled through a pulse bag filter. Optional magnetic separator removes ferrous metal impurities; optional water cooling system controls heat.
