Fonctionnement
Lamp inspection: products enter the 60-station detection turntable via the infeed star wheel; a patented braking mechanism stops each product instantly after high-speed rotation so that liquid continues to spin. Multi-group optical stations with continuous custom light sources and high-speed Basler cameras capture multiple frames; the proprietary image algorithm identifies foreign objects and fill volume. Leak detection: products exit via the outfeed star wheel and unequal-pitch screw into the leak-detection zone; a flip block changes them from upright to horizontal; oscillation distributes liquid evenly; four high-voltage stations apply high-frequency voltage to bottle head / easy-break / body / bottom respectively, and current comparison detects leaks. Three output channels (pass / particle reject / leak reject) use Bernoulli compressed-air star-wheel rejection — no diaphragm wear or drug-residue clogging.
