SED-400-600XSJ-H — SED-400-600XSJ-H Tyvek Blister Sealing Machine

The operator places a blister tray loaded with product into the lower mold cavity, then lays the Tyvek sheet (adhesive side down) on top. A two-hand start button is pressed; the pneumatic cylinder pushes the sliding table (guided by linear rails) into the machine interior. The sealing cylinder (Ø80×150 mm, 2,500–50,000 N effective force) drives the heated aluminum-alloy platen downward. The platen holds temperature to ambient–300°C (±1°C precision via computer temperature controller) for the set dwell time, heat-sealing the Tyvek to the blister. On completion, the platen rises, the table slides back out, and the operator removes the sealed product.
