SED-4-4-1SXGF-Z — Inline 3-in-1 Rinse-Fill-Cap Monobloc for Purified Water Bottles

Bottles are conveyed in by an SS304 chain plate, picked by automatic open/close stainless-steel bottle clamps and rotated 180° by a flip cam to face downward over the rinse station. 4 rinse nozzles (sanitary-grade purified water) clean the bottle interior, then the bottle is righted and moves to the filling station. 4 streamlined fill valves perform gravity/atmospheric-pressure filling — internal port 7 returns gas, port 9 admits liquid, achieving net-volume filling with a dummy cup for CIP cycling. The bottle then advances to the capping station where the rotary + air-controlled cap bowl orders caps, a cap dial picks each cap, and the stainless magnetic-torque cap head spins it on with calibrated adjustable torque. A push-rod ejects any cap that arrives without a bottle. Interlocks: no-bottle/no-fill, no-cap/auto-stop, leakage/phase-loss/overload protection.
