SED-4-2YTG-Z — Liquid Filling and Capping Production Line

Plastic bottles are conveyed on a belt and transferred via a divider plate onto the rotary table. Four peristaltic-pump heads fill each bottle with the filling needle rising synchronously with the liquid level to suppress foam. Bottles then proceed to a vertical cap-placement station that protects the cap's tamper-evident ring, followed by a dual-head magnetic capping station whose adjustable magnetic clutch slips automatically once the cap is tight, preventing over-tightening. An electromagnetic vibratory bowl aligns aluminum/plastic caps before the chute. No-bottle / no-cap and no-bottle / no-screw interlocks are standard.
