Fonctionnement
Bottles travel through the tunnel on a 420 mm-wide stainless-steel chain conveyor belt (NMRV055 reducer, Hangzhou Xinchao). On entry, a 750 W air-knife blower removes residual liquid from bottle exteriors. In the main heating zone, 27 stainless heating tubes (1.0 kW each) heat recirculating air via a 0.37 kW circulation fan up to 400°C above ambient, drying bottles during transit. At the outlet, a 330 W cooling blower lowers bottle temperature before they exit the tunnel.
