Fonctionnement
Vials feed via SED-800ZP-Z 800 mm turntable (5-10 rpm) into POM infeed screw which spaces them, then onto the rotary dosing turret. Servo-driven dosing screws (Inovance HF-KN43J + MR-JE-40A drive) rotate a programmable count to deliver each measured dose. The hopper agitator and powder-feed screw maintain head pressure; metal-debris auto-shutdown protects the API. After dosing, vials transit to the dual-head 3-jaw magnetic-torque cap-screwer; the cap-feed bowl orients caps onto a stainless track, the rotary cap-place and screw heads tighten with adjustable magnetic torque (auto-slip). No-bottle = no cap drop / no rotation.
Processus de fonctionnement
