Fonctionnement
Vials feed via stainless infeed disc and POM vial-positioning star-wheel into the rotary dosing turret. Each of 4 dosing screws (servo motor + driver) rotates a programmed count to deliver a measured dose; a metered powder-feed screw with VFD speed maintains the head pressure in the hopper. After fill, vials transit on conveyor to the rotary stopper-insertion station: an integrated rotary pickup gradually inserts each stopper as the bottle moves with it (synchronous rotation + tracking gradual insertion) for stable, high-rate stoppering. Photo fiber FX101 and inductive proximity sensors enforce no-bottle = no fill. Siemens 7-inch HMI + S7-1200 PLC orchestrate. The downstream SED-200XZG-Z planetary capper handles automatic feed, cap drop, and roll-cap.
Processus de fonctionnement
