Fonctionnement
Bottles are unscrambled by SED-90LP-M turntable (70–90 bpm) and conveyed to the rotary disc filler. A cam indexing divider precisely positions bottles under 4-head 316L filling stations; servo-driven needles descend into bottle mouths for in-motion fill (≤±2% accuracy). After fill, two cap-feed bowls orient and place caps; two rotary screw-cap heads tighten with adjustable torque. The full machine is enclosed in a stainless + acrylic dust+sound hood; oil-free imported bearings on the main turret avoid contamination.
