Fonctionnement

Plastic bottles enter via in-line track with pneumatic positioning. At the filling station, four 316L stainless steel metering pumps (servo-driven by Inovance 1.2 kW) dose liquid via dive-down needles that rise with the liquid level to suppress foaming. Filled bottles transfer to a 12-position indexing dish where a single capping head screws on aluminum caps fed from an electromagnetic vibration sorter. No-bottle-no-cap and no-bottle-no-fill logic ensure pass rate.
