Fonctionnement
Bottles are fed by a stainless steel rotary infeed disc into the linear conveyor and indexed under four 316L stainless-steel piston pumps. Each pump is driven by its own servo motor (one-to-one) and the dosing volume is set per-head from the touchscreen. Filling needles lift via servo to follow the liquid level; anti-drip 316L one-way check valves replace traditional glass valves. After filling, bottles transfer to the single-head servo capper; the cap-feed box uses imported oil-impregnated material (no belts, no wear, no debris) with a hand-cranked height-adjustable cap orientator and jog remote control (for adjustment). A tempered-glass safety door encloses the working area.
