Fonctionnement
Bottles enter via inclined auger screw infeed for reliable bottle delivery. Four metering pumps (peristaltic) dose the liquid product with ±1% accuracy without foaming. After filling,bottles proceed to the electromagnetic-vibration cap sorter (400-type). A magnetic flexible screw-capping head grips each cap,centers precisely,and tightens it — producing a neat,fully-sealed closure. No-bottle-no-cap protection prevents dry-capping. Filling and capping are combined in one machine.
