Fonctionnement
Sterilized or aseptic vials are loaded into the bottle supply unit, arranged and conveyed to the filling zone. A pneumatic push rod moves bottles to the weigh-fill station; peristaltic pumps (4 heads) fill each vial. Filled vials enter the stoppering dial where electromagnetic vibration bowl feeds rubber stoppers and vacuum pickup presses them (full or half). Half-stoppering vials exit directly to the collection tray; fully stoppered vials proceed to the rolling-cap capping station. All mechanical drives eliminate compressed-air contamination. Contact parts are pharmaceutical sanitary-grade materials.
