Fonctionnement
Operator manually mounts soft IV bags onto positioning fixtures. Vibratory bowl orients stoppers and feeds them automatically. After bag detection, the filling system (distributor + mass-flow meter + sanitary diaphragm valves + sterile pipework) doses liquid into each bag. Sealing station seals the filled bag. Bags drop from the machine onto the belt conveyor and are output. CIP cycle opens sanitary valves on a touchscreen-set timer; SIP uses pipework temperature sensors and steam traps for in-line sterilization (steam and CIP water are customer-supplied).
