Fonctionnement
Vibratory bowl orients vials and feeds them onto a rotary indexing wheel. Four peristaltic pumps fill while their nozzles follow the indexing motion via cam tracking, allowing fill during continuous motion. Stoppers are oriented in a separate vibratory bowl, lifted by vacuum, and pushed into the vial as half-stoppers (lyophilization-ready). PLC + HMI controls timing and dose.
Processus de fonctionnement
1Vibratory bowl orients vials and feeds them onto a rotary indexing wheel.
2Four peristaltic pumps fill while their nozzles follow the indexing motion via cam tracking, allowing fill during continuous motion.
3Stoppers are oriented in a separate vibratory bowl, lifted by vacuum, and pushed into the vial as half-stoppers (lyophilization-ready).
4PLC + HMI controls timing and dose.
