Fonctionnement
Vials are fed by a bottle feeder onto an indexing star wheel. Four peristaltic pumps deliver metered liquid into vials. Stoppers vibrate down a feeder track and are picked up by vacuum then pressed into the vial neck. Caps vibrate down a feeder, are placed onto the stoppered vial, and crimped/screwed by the capping head. PLC + HMI controls each station.
Processus de fonctionnement
1Vials are fed by a bottle feeder onto an indexing star wheel.

3Stoppers vibrate down a feeder track and are picked up by vacuum then pressed into the vial neck.
4Caps vibrate down a feeder, are placed onto the stoppered vial, and crimped/screwed by the capping head.
