Fonctionnement

Vortex vacuum pump generates negative pressure in the 304 stainless steel collection barrel. Material is drawn through the stainless steel suction tube and hose into the hopper, captured by a 0.4 μm micro-hole membrane filter. After timed intervals (default 15 s), compressed air back-blows the filter for 0.5 s to maintain airflow. After all material is transferred, the system runs 2–3 additional back-blow cycles to clean the filter before shutting down. Feed valve on mixer cover switches between mixing state (blind plate sealed) and loading state (suction port open).

Nettoyage et entretien

For 0.4 μm micro-hole membrane filter: (1) blow compressed air in reverse direction to remove powder from filter surface; (2) score surface with hot water ≤80°C, or soak briefly then brush gently with fine-haired brush — hard brushes strictly forbidden (roughens surface, reduces filtration accuracy); (3) dry naturally or in oven ≤60°C until fully dry before reinstalling.
