SED-3SD-A — Counting and Bottling Line

The product to be counted is loaded into the elevator hopper. Through adjustment of multi-stage vibratory feeders, the bulk material in the hopper gradually transitions into a continuous single-file queue along the vibratory tray and slides down to the discharge port, falling one piece at a time into the counting zone. The counting zone uses the photoelectric effect: as each piece falls through the infrared dynamic scanning sensor, the resulting signal is fed to a high-speed microcontroller (MCU), which in coordination with mechanical components realizes the counting and dispensing function.
