Fonctionnement

Containers index under the three filler heads. Servo-driven augers in the auger-tube assemblies dispense powder by rotation count, then a weigh-back module trims the fill to target weight by adding short pulses of additional powder. Filled containers are automatically conveyed out; agitator and side-open hopper keep powder flowing. Vibrating screw lifters feed material into the hopper and stop automatically when full.
