Fonctionnement
The freeze dryer operates via three stages: freezing the product on temperature-controlled shelves (down to ≤ -55°C at the shelf), primary drying (sublimation) under high vacuum (≤1 Pa) with shelf heating (+20 to +80°C), and secondary drying to remove bound moisture. A cryogenic condenser (≤ -70°C) traps sublimated water vapour. Both manual and automatic control modes are supported, with sensor calibration, vacuum regulation, and freeze-drying termination reminder functions.
